In a very open discussion Andrew & Simon chat to Leonie, the daughter of a lady that lived at Shedfield Lodge for 8 years until she passed the previous year.

Leonie speaks of how her mum declined & she took the decision to look at care homes. She describes how she knew Shedfield Lodge was the right place for her mum. She goes on to talk about doll therapy, our person-centred approach & her mums dignified end of life care.

Leonie also says she was honoured when we told her of our plans to launch a charity, Winnie's Hope, in memory of her mum.
